Love is a mother who holds you so close
And dries all you teardrops, while your hair she strokes

Love is a partner with kisses so sweet
The true one you dreamed of, who makes life complete
Love is a song on an old radio
Musical memories for you and your beau

Love is a movie you watch twenty times
You know it by heart now, can say all the lines
Love is a good book that you’ll always keep
You snuggle in bed with. It helps you to sleep

Love is the family you held through the years
Through good and bad times, and laughter and tears
Love is an essence you feel in your soul
