Love in a modern world

There is light and a plan at the end of a digital tunnel.

In a modern world where finding love seems to have gone digital and or at least compared to the love lives of kardashians, I have spent some time alone over the last two years and it’s helped me to learn and unlearn a lot of what I know about love and relationships.

I guess I write from an experienced perspective of love, and I definitely do not see love as some of this generation see it today; as a collage of beautifully designed photos on Instagram, or a comparing your feminine value to that of another. These things are unrealistic and not anything close to divine meetings or ultimately, divine love.

Here a few things I have come to learn on my journey and about love.

It is the little things

Love is the littlest of things,

It is not the grand gestures as it is a look in eye,

A small touch of the foot in the middle of the night

A remembering of bring home coffee.

There three people only who should be in a relationship

Spirit, you and him.

All she really wants

is for you to be a little protective,

But not jealous.

A little caring but not overbearing

And how an understanding that if you love her with everything you have she will follow you anywhere you wish to take her and will make your purpose hers as well those that are her own.

True love is sacred and totally pure

When you look into the eyes of a animal,

A deer, a puppy, or anything you know to be truly sacred

You will not only see but feel it.

There is so much more I could write. I’ve had numerous moments where thoughts and feelings about modern relationships and how still even to this day they should be based on the most ancient of truths without the ego.

I pray you get to know love, feel love and be love.

Oh. And it really it just the tiniest of things that is true love. Those are the things that stay with you.
