Looks Like There’s No Way Around

Looks like there’s no way around,

And I try so hard, but I’m poking at scars;

Looking around at what remains,

I’m going to need intervention again

I’m stuck this time,

Knowing I’m without;

What have I done?

Looking at the mess that I am,

Always letting me down,

Still, I make these scars bleed;

Shattered on the ground,

There’s no way around

I get lonely,

And I wish I could stop wasting all my energy looking for reasons people could know me,

Nothing’s new,

I’ve been this blue for ages

I’m stuck this time,

Looks like there’s no way around,

To try and explain why some days hurt more than others is like asking the seasons to explain the changes
