It feels like rain today
The sun is shining bright though
Searching for sleep beneath my sheets
And finding nothing but some painful thoughts
Some damn bills are due soon
Some creature comforts will have to wait I guess
I don’t think I’ll go outside today
I hate the rain
Heavy dark clouds make their problems everyone else’s
Puddles and mud where I’d usually walk in the day
Im not getting my shoes dirty for nothing
Im not even all that hungry, why bother going outside
The sun is out, not a cloud in the sky
It feels like rain today
