Life Must End

The leaves unfurl, a vibrant green,

A promise whispered, life unseen.

It grows and thrives, a sunlit crown,

But shadows lengthen, seasons turn around.

The blossoms burst, a fragrant show,

A fleeting beauty, watch it grow.

The petals fall, a crimson rain,

A silent echo of life's refrain.

The river flows, a ceaseless song,

Carving canyons, rushing strong.

But even rivers reach the sea,

Their restless journey, meant to be.

The sun ignites, a fiery ball,

Casting warmth upon us all.

But even suns will fade and wane,

Leaving embers, whispered in the rain.

Life's tapestry, with threads of gold,

Woven moments, stories told.

Joy and sorrow, hand in hand,

A fleeting dance across the land.

Fear not the ending, for it's true,

All things living must return anew.

The cycle turns, a constant rhyme,

Death's embrace, a part of time.

So live each day with open heart,

Embrace the beauty, play your part.

For in the ending, life takes flight,

A transformation, bathed in light.
