All my life, I
believed I
could
do anything.
Every door was mine to open, every opportunity
mine for the taking,
God
help anyone who stood in the way
if they dared to do so.
Just picture that. A little
kid
living like she could
make anything happen,
no barriers in her way. But reality had
other
plans --
quieter, slower,
realistic plans.
Some things don't work out, and
they don't work out for a reason. Reasons we might not
understand right away, but
valuable reasons.
We can't expect to question fate, can't
xerox another person's journey to make it our own.
You'll learn it's better that way, gives life a little more
zest.

"I believed I could do anything." I felt that line. People usually say: "you can be wathever you want" But after a time you realise that it's not completely true. You have to work to achieve you goals... And there are dreams that are unfortunately unreachable
I really enjoyed this, I would love to hear it out loud. Great take on the challenge
Fine words spoken on the page.
I couldn't agree with you more, Kay. Well said.
