Do not fling

Your justs at me

I am not just anything

I am not just fat

I am not just stressed

I am not just my PTSD

I am not just a scared little girl

I am not just crazy

I am not just a mother, a wife, a daughter

I am not just trying to do anything.

I don't need to just do something

I am a complex being, worth more than just the sum of her parts

You cannot boil me down to one small digestible bite

I am me, and I don't need to

justify that to suit the box you live in.

It is not just for you to just just me.

Just be yourself,

and I will just be me.

Hello there. I write things. Sometimes good things. Mostly, I write to find myself. If I can entertain you in the process, then that's just the derivative icing on the proverbial cake!
