Introducing “Wanderlust: Poetry & Photography”

I am very excited to announce the release of Wanderlust: Poetry & Photography today!

Earlier this year, I made the decision to stop releasing books solely featuring poetry. I wanted to focus on something different — fiction writing (short stories and flash fiction).

Wanderlust is a swan song of sort. It brings together the poems and photography from six of your favorite books:

The lull of the world will come.

Nascent dreams and fantasies

Open the door to freedom.

Let the tears flow evenly

In the apex of your mind,

And feel the light through your spine.

Think upon those things

That make us human.

Think upon those words

That turn us against one another.

Think about those instants

When change soars into the sky,

When you feel limitless,

Impervious to sorrow.

So, next time you curse the world,

Remember you are part of it.

Remember your significance

In the eyes of the beholder.

Then, and only then will you be able to think of beauty.

And think upon those things.
