I will wait

Until silence calls,

Until darkness breathes,

Until water recedes.

Until the pulse of this world

Beckons the last of us in —

And eternity finally finds its purpose.

In an embrace worthy of lovers’ tears,

The vision of this lifetime will take flight.

Slowly,

Lovingly…

Wherever you go,

Let purpose be your guide

And love your anchor.

For solitude always travels light.

So, I will wait
