Inhale

Exhale

we live and breathe

some with pain, some with ease

some may wheeze

while othes weep.

but still,

we live and breathe.

some breaths full -

of life, glory, abundance and love

and others can be shallow -

short, scattered, barely holding on

yet still,

we live and breathe.

Almost as if the air were free

if only there was such thing

A concept.

Just to

Be.

living

breathing

holding each breath so close like you

can't stand to let it go only to take yet

another inhale

and exhale all over again

breathing

holding each breath so close like you

can't stand to let it go only to take

yet another,

inhale

and exhale

all over again.

breathing

no matter how hollow or empty or broken the air,

that very air

is the sweetest honeycomb

you'll never remember tasting

unless you're

aware that you are

both

living and breathing.

being -

free from the form that was once and

will always remain

formless.

free to feel however you need to

whenever you need to,

free to flow with a freshness so

tangible you're tasting the

honey comb now.

the new richness in the oxygen

that's now present with

yes -

every inhale,

and every exhale

in between every sunrise and sunset

is where we live and breathe

so effortlessly it hurts,

the living and the breathing and the

living and the breathing and the breathing

and the breathing and the living -

it hurts.

and still remains so beautiful

at the very same time

you're alive afterall -

living,

and breathing.
