Impeccable?

The Gift

How many lies will be published on this tree in the form of unimpeccability

Gossips do it slandering with relationships meddled,

Doctors do it with almost every drugs that’s peddled,

Politicians do it to promote policies unsure,

Actors do it with every spoken line they blur,

Journalist do repeating narratives not their own,

Salespeople do it selling snake oil down the phone,

Lawyers do it to get clients of the hook,

Professors do it complex heuristics from a book,

Teachers do it with every mind they influence

Social media stars do it for fortune and fame

This Poet does it delving into fantasy, have to take the blame,

I do it to myself when I repeat lies about my self and others,

We all do it when we sacrifice impeccability to use the word

Against our family all mothers, fathers, sisters, and brothers.

The poem almost over on this point I dwell.

Not to profit of each other.

Free speech is a gift to use well.
