If walls could talk, oh the tales they'd tell

Of laughter, love, and moments of farewell

Of secrets kept and stories untold

Of memories made and lives of old.

They've seen the joy of new beginnings

And the sadness of departing friends

Heard whispers of promises made

And witnessed love both flourish and fade.

They've seen the world change with each passing year

And felt the weight of heartache and tear

But through it all they stand so tall

Quiet observers, watching us all.

If walls could talk, they'd have much to say

Of life's ups and downs in their own special way

But for now they'll keep their secrets locked within

Until the day when they, too, can begin to spin.
