🙏 🧘 ✨

Now, once again, mustering that golden light,

from within,

to radiate outwards,

Next, you gently place each of your palms on their knees,

whilst they sit,

*A wish, a prayer, a care*

They feel the energy passing through you,

to them,

your love, your..

empathy,

A divine wish for peace for us all,

A humming sensation gently erupts within both your minds,

Nearby your third eye ———————

A bridge to the edge of the universe,

A mystical experience in the everyday,

Life is magic!

With your palms still in place,

Their knees begin to relax,

A momentary sense of ease instead of pain,

As so much positive energy is coursing throughout each other’s bodies,

You almost feel as if you might pass out, yet -

You are safe and protected.

From their lightly closed eyes,

A small tear slowly rolls down their cheek,

All sure is good, for now.

And tapping back into the energies again,

Will only reinforce the positivity now felt,

A blessed rejuvenation that may last for a few days,

You both feel appreciative of this moment:

Namaste”.

You both want to run through the fields in your mind,

And you can!

But today, this revitalisation will pleasantly suffice.

You think of the other field in your recent meditation and

wonder if the tree burns there yet again..

perhaps harnessing its once dormant energies for

healing others once more..

🌟

Quick note: this was somewhat inspired by a group meditation experience a while back, but we used some similar ‘techniques’ recently so I was thinking back to some of the feelings encountered then. It’s incredibly powerful and you can get one of the most natural “highs” of your life that I wish everyone could experience at some stage by being open to it.

Below is a link to my last piece which is somewhat connected. Last time I also posted links to two writers that have helped inspire a stream of consciousness in my writing. I don’t often have ideas that flow forth like that, but somehow practising it helps and I guess writing about something I care about doesn’t hurt either. Anyway, so here is a couple more of Paul and Kristen’s pieces (to keep the vibes radiating outward) if you should get a chance to read you definitely should to boost your mood. ☺️ ☮️

Here’s my last piece:

Here’s a superb piece from Paul that I very much like!

Here are two of Kristin’s - enjoy:

Thanks for reading.

I am professor Shafiq masters in Mathematics and post graduate,in computer science I teach maths, physics and chemistry. my interpretation is purely based on students' comprehension ability. If the student doesn't understand the subject, I explain with the basics until he understands the topic. Basically maths is a logical subject, if we grasp magic we don't need to worry about maths subject.... Very positive and productive content ♥️♥️

Don’t know how I missed this, it’s lovely! Meditation can really be powerful. This sounds like an interesting grounding technique, but focused on the “other”, too. I’ll have to research this. Reminds me a bit of “tonglen meditation”. Loved the line “you both want to run through the fields of your mind. And you can”. Vivid! And the reminder of the transience, not very human want to make things last. Lovely. 💖

Empathy and peace seem to be prevalent themes in recent stories, though it's not surprising. This sounds like a wonderful experience. The closest thing to group meditation I've participated in was a drum circle and I have to say that was both energizing and calming. Congratulations, Grz!

I like reading your meditative poems. It is calming. First thing I read today, Grz. Hope it sets the tone. Although I have a football match to watch later so not totally sure about that.

Can definitely relate the experience of feeling a lightness in my own personal meditations--especially after an old friend told me to let go of the timers when meditating, and to just meditate for however long feels right in my body. Cheers.
