From Toll Roads to Freeways
Where Are We Going?
All roads look the same to me,
Which am I supposed to wander?
Where do they all go? Will I ever know?
Up or down? Left or right? Fast or slow?
On or off? In or out? Over or under?
Near or far? Smooth or bumpy?
Roads keep us moving in life,
Is my destination already decided?
Will I have a safe journey?
When should I turn? What if I get lost?
GPS you say? No thanks take it away
All roads will lead you somewhere,
Local college or county jail,
Married life or corner office,
Is traveling better alone or with another?
Roads are open and adventure is calling,
Time to pick a road no matter the direction,
Eventually you’ll reach where you belong
