Escape from the world of men and power,

Into a precious and peaceful hour.

Escape from corruption and endless fire,

Into a magical, redeeming desire.

There's no one to stop me,

Or interfere,

Only I alone,

Dreaming here.

Far away, it sets me apart,

From the world of the wicked,

And the accurséd black heart.

Away from deception and burning hate,

Lies a world of wonder,

A world much more great.

Where evil stops by every once in a while,

Then is cast far away,

By my own satin smile.

My soul, myself, my own little me,

Dreaming away,
