Like I should have.
I forgive you
For leaving me behind.
I dream of you
When I need love,
For the night.
I think of you
To break my heart,
In the evening.
I sing of you
To calm my nerves,
At noon.
I pray to you
For peace,
With the morning dew.
Forgive me.
That's all I can do for now.
