A Mother's Guiding Light Through Life's Journey
In life's vast sea, a beacon bright,
A mother's love, a guiding light.
Through stormy trials and endless night,
She leads with grace, her heart alight.
A steady hand when paths grow wild,
A whispered wisdom, like a child.
Her tender touch, a balm so mild,
In her embrace, fears are beguiled.
Through towering dreams and valleys low,
She walks beside, a steady flow.
Her love's a map, a compass true,
Guiding her child, a bond so true.
With every step, she lights the way,
A presence strong, come what may.
In her embrace, all doubts take flight,
A mother's love, the guiding light.

There is a Thin Line Between Tears of Sorrow and Tears of Joy
I remember when my mother passed away. After the tears from the initial shock, our family sat in the living room and shared memories. We talked about her love and compassion toward others, the lessons she taught us about honesty, and how she taught us the importance of respecting ourselves and others. Then we started sharing memories that made us smile and eventually, each of us began to relax and tell stories that made us laugh.
