Voice to Remember

Striking the silence, he spoke, and when he did,

it reverberated musically off the facets of an attentive, eager eardrum.

All 3,671 seats, in the three glorious, elaborate auditoriums of Carnegie

Hall were packed tight with the excited audience of one.

His voice was smooth and sweet, like gentle rushing river waters.

It was powerful and strong, as a victorious warrior returning from battle.

It was kind and playful like rain that soaks the skin in dreamy evenings.

It was calming and welcoming like the smell of coffee and chocolaty sweets.

Truly, his voice was unforgettable and etched beautifully in heart's crevices.
