all emotion is soul
the one in control
happiness the food
to make us feel whole
a gently raised brow
a laugh or a smile
similar to currency
trading all the while
like the career
or property ladder
but more Jacob's ladder
emotion does matter
from low to high
is the only way up
and you can't fill your own
we must fill every cup
take this all up
to the most high
consciousness knows
this is no lie
it's our responsibility
to learn whilst we're here
and move towards love
from hate rage and fear
when we pay attention
when we hear it's voice
when we listen to
emotion as a choice
finally we'll see
how happy we could be
finally we'll see
our spirit's soar free
