Dream

A Poem

I can dream again

I can be again

My mind was locked in a prison

But now they cut through

Like an incision

A vision

Of hope?

A different path?

No sense in being rash

Nothing has added up so far

The math is off

Just happy to sluff off the chains

That surround my brain
