I refuse to be defeated by a bug.

A lousy unseen virus.

One of my worst enemies.

It hides in everybody.

Comes out when least wanted

Least needed and is so deadly

Hurts at random

Always the elderly first

The sickest of us fear it

The strong are fooled by it

It attacks those who underestimate it

Arrogant are those who trifle with it

Weary are we who are resisting it

No do not shut us down again

We can't be prisoners in our homes

Mask have become the new fashion

Scary mask with pointed teeth

Mask with big luring eyes

The Tweety Bird ones are cute

Now when I shop, I need to get one

Do I match my shoes or dress?

Wear it to bed? Now this is different!

New variant Omicron

The Greek alphabet is back into play.

Tau Alpha Beta Gamma which letter is next?
