The image of my busy mind
Keeps me deaf and keeps me blind
I am upset but nothing is in front of me
A past feeling creating fake history
Keep me here in this present state
Where my mind doesn't wonder about my fate
Help me to see with clear precision
To be certain in every decision
My children help me to stay with them
Not to drift off into my fantasy mayhem
My husband teaches me to stay with peace
To take responsibility when my love does cease
I hope to be guided by musical lyrics
Moving words are now my fix
