Cosmic Missive

Alien love?

Dear Otherworldly Visitor,

I pen this missive with trembling hand,

In hopes to understand your foreign land.

From realms beyond our mortal ken,

Your presence haunts me, oh alien friend.

A specter, an apparition, or a ghost?

Or a being from a distant cosmic coast?

Do you come from stars beyond our sight,

Or from dimensions veiled in mystic light?

Your form defies our earthly laws,

A being not bound by nature's claws.

Your visage an enigma, strange and surreal,

Your essence elusive, yet it's you I feel.

Are you a harbinger of doom or hope,

A messenger from realms beyond our scope?

Are you benevolent or malevolent,

Or simply an enigmatic experiment?

Your language is unknown, your signals unclear,

Yet I'm drawn to you, a sense of awe and fear.

Your presence sparks a primal curiosity,

A yearning to decipher your extraterrestrial mystery.

Oh, celestial wanderer, reveal your tale,

Unfold the secrets behind your cosmic veil.

Are you a traveler, exploring the unknown,

Or an emissary, with messages to be shown?

I await your reply, with bated breath,

Eager to fathom the mysteries of your cosmic quest.

So, I send this missive to the stars above,

Hoping to connect with an alien's love.

Yours in wonder and awe,

A denizen of Earth, seeking truth to draw.

Nicely done, and with rhyming. No small feat. - Anneliese👏
