There is a chaos inside me,

A tug of war within me;

A push and a pull like tidal waves in the shore,

In which I could feel right through my core.

It tingles down through my spine,

Which makes me look for a sign;

A motion of energies now throttle,

Where positive and negative battles.

It was a swirl of emotion,

The mind, body and spirit in an upheaving collision;

But, stick with your vision,

And you'll surely get on with your mission.

Uncertainty is not scary,

So, dear, don't you worry;

The enemy is fear,

Vanquish it and your way is clear.
