Art and poetry by Lee Wilde

Blue. You and I in a room at night. Lit by the moon, a pale blue light floods this silent space.

Blue. Your face.. smooth, translucent skin. No hint of the din from the street below.

So blue, your hair.. the dark blue water beneath a wave.

In our private world, oceans are perfectly still and blue as night. Wet cars slide across your chest, transposed in shades of blue.

Suddenly the moonlit sky weeps blue and sweeps us up in a crush of blinding, hyperlink blue.

Come, make your way. With soft blue bites, I kiss you blue and velvet licks along you, like a cat. I’m here where you can see me, blue. Here where you can have me, blue. Clouds roll up beneath us, and thundering, you roar... and even heaven cries as we shake the last hours from this day, and feel our blue rain of tears disappear as they fall.
