Peace in Everyone,

It was around the summer of 2017, as I carefully walked onto a client's property and stood in their front yard...

The wind invited me and so did the earth, why should I be concerned about superficial thoughts of the majority on earth?

Like the bushy, sun-burnt, black hair on my head, inviting that precious bird to mistake the kinky bun of hairlocks on my head for a bird nest that day…

Making me Rejoice once again , at the thickness, resilience and Blackness that I am, and dare to say.

For when the bird got mistaken by that which is an expression of me, I was blessed with the energy of what it is to be free. And I then knew, that I too, like the great poet Niki Giovani said: "...Can Fly, Like a Bird Up in the Sky.
