Affirmations: What You Should Know About These Statements
Since we did not come to this planet with a manual on our brain, body or even that of living life on planet earth with other supposed human beings, let alone the wild life we share the earth with, many people are interested in learning all that they can about their minds and how it operates, they want to learn from anything that addresses the mental and emotional aspects of a person because they know both are a great foundation to begin with to help initiate positive change in their life, since our thoughts and our emotions influence our lives and our health in so many ways. LISTENING TO "THE CALL"
Peace In, Everyone... It's 2:30 am, on a Sunday in June, 2021... And she does not know why she can't sleep. She’s the one in her family that most often can fall asleep with zero effort on her part. When the body says "it's over for the day buddy" - it's like her internal lights get the signal to just automatically shut off, shutting down her drooping eyelids for hours at a time.

CREATING HAPPINESS BY USING WHAT I’VE GOT
I have a confession to make… For a phone video stand, I have been propping my phone video camera up onto the slot of a cup base with a handle for a couple years now… because I am somewhat old fashioned; using what I have on hand already… you know, I am one of those Baby Boomers that was taught how to make-do-with-what-you have, and not going out to buy stuff all the time, because after a war – you’d best know how to make do.

Protecting Our Waters & Environment
My husband's Aunt, as the oldest sibling of her generation in the family, outlived all of her four sisters and brothers, so she is now the matriarch of the family... she's like 97 now I believe. So I do my part in helping to take care of her since she lives about two miles away. The last time I did grocery shopping for her I realized I forgot to pick up the old, body weight scale she gave me a few visits prior. I very willingly accepted it, because she said she wants to start lessening her load of material items in her home, and it seemed very well made; and when it comes to older, true quality products, I am definitely not a part of the throw-away society, just because it is not modern.
