Blinded by hypocrisy,

You see me bleed

And you tell me to bleed quietly.

It'll inconvenience him.

It's inconveniencing you.

.

You'll not intervene

But you will decide

From above the tides

And above what's right

What is, what was,

And what should be...

.

Now, the truth

Is subject again

To petty ape games,

Hate

And blame...

.

Protect the innocent

Macho man

Though he speaks freely

Of his loving mom

And her affairs

With family friends.

.

As if his words were okay!

Why did you look away?

You know who's to blame.

Just say his name!

The shock you felt

Was genuine truth,

The one that'll never be

Subject to you.

.

Protect the innocent

Selfless man

Who manages to be a better

Uncle than parent.

Fail to recognize

The agony that bleeds,

Making each of my pores

Scream misery.

.

Blame me for pain,

'Cause the holy book said

My agony's divine

And I should abide,

Be grateful for a life

That has never been mine.

.

In this day and time,

And after endless horrid plights,

Did you think you had the right

To deny?
