In the quiet of the woods I walk,

Where nature's beauty is all I talk.

The rustling leaves and chirping birds,

Are music to my ears, no need for words.

The scent of pine and fresh cut grass,

Fills my lungs, as I walk past.

The babbling brook, a peaceful sound,

In the beauty of this place I'm bound.

The sun filters through the trees,

Creating shadows, a dance with ease.

The crunch of leaves beneath my feet,

A soothing rhythm, my heart does beat.

As I walk deeper into the woods,

My mind and soul, renewed and good.

Nature's gift, a healing balm,

A walk in the woods, my peaceful calm.
