Author’s note:
I wrote this poem on the day that so many writers here were unjustly banned on Medium platform, so I’m restoring their voices.
I dedicate this poem to them, even to those whose work I don’t know.
The writers who inspire me are suspended,
their words silenced, their pens banned,
injustice has taken their right to speak,
and in the sadness of their absence,
our voices are now weak.
No longer will we hear them roar,
or see them quietly protest,
for they have been banished from our shores,
leaving us all distressed.
We feel their pain, we share their grief,
for we know that it could have been us.
Their words were the ones that gave us belief,
in a world full of chaos and fuss.
But even in their absence, they remain strong,
their words still echo through our minds.
Their courage and conviction continue on,
even though they have been confined.
So here’s to the suspended writers,
whose voices have been forcefully hushed.
In them, we see true fighters,
and in their words, we trust.
Thank you for reading. ♡

I wanted to ask what happened but I saw that you've already explained to Anna below. It's so terrible that this happened!
So kind of you!😊 But what happened precisely?
