who taught you these new words?
“don’t be angry, don’t get nervous”
have you not heard it yet
that by saying these words
I won’t feel better, only worse
how could you think otherwise
when you were only taught in school
biology, chemistry, physics
mathematics, geography, PE
art, music, technology
and psychology never existed
now I think my disease
was half invented and half caused
by the abuses of my father and my mother’s roots
in alcoholic streaks
who never learned how to raise children

only watered by rain and illuminated by the sun?

never confronted, just carefully thought out
that this concept

when you do things you know nothing about
you think something I did was rude?
read about the diseases of the modern world

humanity, though no one knows its name
no one knows where the true core lies
of someone else’s hell and your heaven
which you abuse for your own sake
then you say you have the worst of your life
when in fact all that you dared to do
was sitting on your own ass
counting seconds after seconds
until the narc’s rage backfires on me
poor victim, though you will always claim you were
