Poem #3 You Are Not A Slave
This poem is dedicated to all of us who want to break free from your 9 to 5, 10 to 6, or whatever 8-hour shift you're stuck with right now.
You Are Not a Slave
You are not a slave
working your fingers to the bone
from the cradle to the grave.
You should be able
to enjoy the fruits
of your labor.
Leaving a family legacy
is something you should
be able to savor.
And you cant do that
when performing
slave labor.
You must become independent
and start working for yourself
Stop helping build the
legacy of someone else.
How much sense does it make?
When the harder you work
the more money they make.
If you do get a raise
the more the
government will take.
We have to shake the
mindset of the slave mentality.
Make independence for your
descendants a new reality
Make sure the legacy
for your family is kept up to date.
So it doesn't suffer from
a high mortality rate.
To remain a slave is a major defeat.
To find your freedom is a major victory.
Don't let the failure to find freedom
be part of the family history.
To believe in and achieve your freedom
5 words must be mentally embedded and engraved.
Pass it on to your descendants to maintain
historical independence...
You Are Not A Slave!!
