Omar's Diary 20th January 2020
I must apologise as it has been over a month since I last updated everyone about life here at Omar Towers. Since then there has been a General Election (the less said about that the better), Christmas, New Year, rain and mysterious viruses afflicting the Servants.

Omar's Diary to 7th December 2019
In my previous diary (Omar’s Diary to 16th November 2019) I mentioned my concern that Man Servant was getting into a rut with his choice of newspaper. Leading up to that comment he had brought home The Times more than five times and I was worried his opinions were becoming set. I urged him to bring something different into the library here at Omar Towers.

Omar's Diary to 16th November 2019
The main event of the week was on Tuesday. Man Servant pressed a fresh shirt and trousers to make up two changes of wardrobe including boots and socks. These were packed into the “red thing” and the rush was on to get to the stables by ten for a photo shoot that Man Servant was partaking in with one of the equines.

Omar's Diary to 25th October 2019
Lady and Man Servant were away on their travels on Monday and Tuesday of this week. They did manage to serve Mitsi and I breakfast on Monday morning before making a rather hurried departure in the ‘red thing.’ As it was such a nice day, I heard Man Servant suggest they could travel with the roof down. I think the journey to wherever they were going was rather silent.

Omar's Diary to 12th October, 2019
A varied week that started at Longchamp in Paris on Sunday and ended with correspondence from Paddington Bear on Saturday. On Saturday morning I had very high hopes for at least one of my three selections in the Prix d l’Arc de Triomphe being first across the line. But alas no. By Sunday afternoon all was lost; six Dreamies! Enable finished in second place only just failing to achieve three consecutive wins in this most prestigious of races. Scottsass finished third and Japan was well out of the frame. I only wagered them to win as the odds were very short on all three selections.
