We may have many expectations in life But amid these expectations, unexpected events discourage us. Earning a lot of money, an expensive house, an expensive car, success in personal work, or success in the workplace is what we all expect. We may not know what is going to happen to us in the future. But the importance of hope never ends in life. You may fail in some work. But you can't fail before you fail.

In other words, you cannot give up at the beginning thinking about failure. If you have a positive outlook toward your goals and keep striving with integrity, the chances of achieving success are high. Maybe you are hoping to join a good company. Now hope will help you believe that you are the one to get the job. Now just do what you should do to get the job. But if you weren't optimistic or your faith was weak, you might not even try to get the job. Because you are convinced that you will not get the job. Hope acts as a 'key factor' in a person's life.

Helen Keller once said, "Optimism is the kind of faith or belief that can lead us to achievement. Without hope and confidence nothing can be done". Contemplating this eternal truth of his will give you many answers. Hope can lead us to success. But if you don't have hope, you can't set goals. A childhood friend of mine was a brilliant student. He is now working in a private company. He always scored higher marks in exams than other students. To get a good job in today's competitive job market one needs to complete the education very well. If you are not a talented student, you will not get opportunities anywhere. Such an ingrained idea entered his mind. It was instilled in his mind that now many talented students are losing good job opportunities. Many are living unemployed. And this fear was put into Orr's mind by his father. His father used to intimidate him from childhood. Father's intentions toward their son are clear. Maybe her father wanted her to do well. But he unconsciously instilled despair in his son instead of optimism. His father was a third-class officer. He works as a clerk in an office of the Government Postal Department. His student life was not very happy either. He wanted to warn his son about the reasons for his failure.

He taught his sons first through the barren people. He was teaching his son how to fail. This is an important trait in hopeless people. That is, they waste time thinking too much about their failure in the beginning. As a result, several significant negative characteristics emerge in them. For example fear of failure, lack of hard work mentality, blaming fate, etc. How do these characteristics make a person a bad person?

Fear or anxiety can be about anything. For example fear of losing health, fear of losing property, fear of losing loved ones, fear of losing honor, etc. But if the fear of losing the battle of life enters your mind, it is very difficult to overcome that fear. An optimistic mind is not afraid of all obstacles.

Fear of failure is the biggest obstacle to achieving big goals. Most of us have some big dreams in life. But work is not being started to fulfill the dream. The main reason for this is fear. In the first step to fulfilling the dream, many people think, "I need a lot of money to fulfill my wish, I need a lot of energy, I need a lot of talent, I don't have any talent, etc." These negative thoughts prevent action. Fear is very good at failing once before it fails.
