First of all , if recommend you that if your anxiety is increasing day by day and not in control, seek doctor’s help fast. But if it is not so severe then apply my strategies to make it in your control.

1. Breath slowly

When you have anxiety, you will breathe faster and faster, I will increase your heart beat rate so far. So the first step is to breath slowly and deep so that your heart beat rate will be normal and you will be feeling better and relaxed. Heart beat rate exceeding is very harmful for you so that try to take deep breaths to overcome it to it normal rate and breathe so slowly so that it will make you normal like before so soon.

2. Live in present moment

From anxiety, people too much overthink about their future and that things that is not happened yet. But they make them more depressed by thinking about the future . So the better option for you is to live in the present situation that you are have at this time. Don’t think about the annoying past and future and enjoy every single moment of your life in this present moment. Make special memories today , do something new everyday, make yourself happy and forget your past and future for forever.

3. Relaxing muscles

When you have anxiety, try to relax your muscles as much as you can. Do it for many times and surely it will make your anxiety level low . Relax your muscles for some time and getting rid from this anxiety so that you can relax.

4. Learning process

Try to share your problems with the person who cares you , respect you , love you . Share your anxiety problem with others so that you will get more advices from them and may be your anxiety will be gone from those advices and tips. First, I recommend you to tell your mother about your anxiety problem because mom loves us a lot and give our problems solution quickly. May be she will bring you to the psychologist so that you will be get healthy fast.

5. Love yourself

Don’t ever be demotivated and don’t ever think that you are less than other person . No, you are a gem , you will be healthier very soon . You should never be losing hope and demotivated as if you become demotivated, it will be hard for you to control the anxiety problem and it will also increase your mental health problems. You can also lead to depression if you demotivated and lost courage .

6. Set a time

Yes, you are listening right. If you have anxiety, you will feel worried every time . So I recommend you to set a time for anxiety, it can be anytime from twenty four hours . Set a timer of 10 minutes, 10 minutes for anxiety everyday is very sufficient for you. After setting a timer, then start your thoughts, start your thoughts of worries. And think unlimited what you want in 10 minutes only. After 10 minutes , leave it and don’t think anything else the whole day.

7. Get to know your anxiety

Write it in a notebook that when you get anxiety at it’s peek and when you get it at it’s worst. Try to know that when and from which thing , u have started anxiety.

8. Fear out

Try to face your anxiety and don’t get fear of it. Do those things from which you get anxious so that you will face your anxiety and you will have worried about it . Make yourself calm and do yoga , exercise and breathe slowly so that your anxiety will be gone and you will be able to face and manage you visit at that time .
