As you know that anger is a emotion and when someone goes again ours orders, we are in extreme anger because someone refuge to obey our order. This is how can you control your anger with only some simple easy and quick tips and tricks.

1. Take a break before speaking

So, when we have argument with someone, we try to answer immediately and then that person answers and you are in extreme anger but stop and think for a minute, can it is good for you to do anger . No this is not good to having in extreme anger . So when you observe you are having some anger , take a deep breath and break for a minute. Then answer and you will see , you are now in control.

2. Countdown for anger

But if you have top much anger that time , then again stop and countdown for 30 seconds . Say with yourself the numbers from descending order. Once you reach to zero then you will observe that your anger is almost gone and you are now relax . Just try to control yourself for some seconds and this will change your behavior and your attitude towards people.

3. Drink water in anger

So , now you are at the top level of your anger and you have no control on your anger . Wait a minute, go and drink a glass of water in three sips and do gratitude. Now come back , check if you have anger now or not. You will realize your anger is gone now and you will be peaceful. So I want to say to you that don’t react immediately at that moment as this will lose your all energy and you will become so irritating for many people. Whenever you feel angry, drink some water and see your anger quantity. If it is also high then take a deep breath and also countdown for 30 seconds to control it . I assure you, you will be having results after following these methods of controlling your anger at that time quickly.

4. Change actions

This is the most powerful tip for you that change your actions in angry mood. You are angry but nothing is working for you to control your emotions of anger . So now you have to do the same three processes that I told you before. First take a deep breath and take a break for yourself then countdown for 30 seconds and then drink water at that moment and after that don’t reply if you anger is not gone yet. Don’t say a single word to anyone and go from there . Take rest for sometime and fresh yourself then this will make your anger finish from inside , you will have no more anger at that time. Also if you don’t want to take rest at that time , try to take small actions like if you stand in anger sit down and calm down. If you sit , lay down for sometime , this will surely help you.

5. Admit your mistakes from today

Now you have control in your emotions of anger but you also think that why I do fight with everyone and then make myself angry , I have to make myself change and go to the people that you think you hurt them . Say sorry to them and also make your heart clear for them . Also forgive them , and make a decision that you will never react on anger when it comes. From these tips, your anger will be diminished form your life .
