Start these 3 habits ASAP for higher productivity!

It's Monday again… Monday has showed it's face once again at the start of a new week. Many are already praying for the the upcoming weekend and the week just started. Why is that? Why are Monday's so dreadful? I am going to venture to say that as it's not that way for all but most have bad habit's that don't position themselves to take Monday head on, full speed ahead. Now don't get me wrong here I am not saying that Mondays are easy by any means. A lot of times they are the beginning of the 9–5 type work week, which typically comes with a list of "to do" and new tasks for the week. Whatever day you are starting your week on it can be overwhelming, so I am going to list a few items you can do to help increase your productivity so you can start strong! It doesn't matter where you start or when you start as long as you start! Developing good habits which we will touch in below will position you for success. So let's Jump into it!

First and most importantly: PREPARE!!

If you know that Monday's are coming and they tend to be tough on you then prepare and give yourself a leg up. Set up your coffee the night before, lay out your clothes the night before, hell you can even shower the night before. Position yourself to have a fluid routine that allows you to spend more time waking up and mentally preparing rather than going through the physical motions of trying to gather yourself and your belongings before darting out the door. 

Secondly and still important: FEED YOURSELF!!

Now you're probably thinking from that statement I mean to eat breakfast… Well yeah, kinda. What I actually mean is make sure your are getting the things your body needs to be success and not what it doesn't need. WATER, WATER, WATER! Water helps all bodily functions and keeps your body where it needs to be. Make sure you have a balanced diet and your getting enough sleep! Sleep and food is your body's fuel! Try to limit or cut out intoxicants that's bog down your systems such as medication or drugs and alcohol which are most coming used. You want your body and mind firing on all cylinders to be your most productive self.

Lastly but definitely not to be forgotten: DON'T GIVE UP! 

There is going to be a lot of challenges and a lot of situations that present themself that would absolutely make it easy for you to give up! DO NOT! Stay laser focused, have goals written down and in sight. Make a plan to be successful and see it through. Don't make excuses for yourself or your actions, follow up and follow through with the plan. It won't always be easy as there are going to be several things that want your attentions and look to distract you but again stay laser focused! Keep the goal in mind and don't stop until it's achieved, big or small! 

I know there is more that goes into being productive. However, I believe and know (from experience) at minimum starting with these items will increase your productivity! It does take hard work and some discipline but all things are positive when you follow these easy steps to turn into health habits. I encourage anyone readying this looking for guidance to gather their own information and form their own productivity list based on what works best for them. Use this story's as a template. Form your own and pass it along to the next new writer or artist!

Obviously there is a lot that goes into being fully productive and having a great routine but take it slow, see what works and make it your own! Remember this TIP: Get up earlier… It allow for you to have more time in the day to get things handled. 

It will take some getting used to and some work but YOU got this! Being productive isn't always as easy as it seems. Reference these steps, make a plan and stick to it. It may take some adjustments or tweaking to personalize it to find what works and what doesn't. Like most things in life when you have a plan and put the plan in motion and practice success tends to happen on its own. Develop a good routine that works and that will help bring you continued success throughout your journey! Cheers!
