Like I already said before ,Self-love also involves taking care of one's mental health. It means identifying triggers and learning how to manage stress and anxiety in healthy ways. In conclusion, self love is not easy but you have to try and see. Yes it’s going to take a lot from you but you just have to start. Step by step each day and you would get there . Funny enough along the way you might want to give up and stop and yes boo it’s okay to take breaks but don’t stop. Truth be told no one can love you like yourself no matter how hard they try and also only you would be strong enough to tell people how to love you .
