Happiness is the world!

The source of our pleasure is found inside ourselves. Happiness is a state of mind that begins inside ourselves. It is possible that external circumstances may lead it to appear, but the true source of pleasure is found inside you. Happiness seems to be the product of external circumstances, but in reality, it begins and manifests itself from inside each of us.

Everyone has an innate sense of well-being, but it is obscured by a thick layer of negative thoughts, fears, concerns, and anxieties that obscure it. However, we often allow other variables to obscure our inner pleasure, which is an intrinsic component of our inner being, of our identity.

It is a deep sense of fulfillment, excitement, ecstasy, and joy that wells up inside you. It is felt when a difficulty has been resolved when a goal has been attained, and when you are in a positive frame of mind.

There are some individuals who are concerned that if they feel happiness, it will be taken away from them shortly thereafter. They consider it to be a transient condition, and they are apprehensive of experiencing it for fear of losing it. They wish to prevent the discomfort that may result if the condition is no longer there.

These individuals think that enjoyment is always followed by an equal amount of sadness. Others, on the other hand, may go to the extreme of not pursuing it at all because they believe they are undeserving of it and would like to stay away from it. There are also some who are continuously looking behind their backs as if they are wondering from whence the next strike may come.

The physical world is always in a state of transition. An entirely new item is generated, nourished, modified, or destroyed every second of every day of the year. Anyone who wishes to alter this situation will find themselves in a difficult position. There is no circumstance that stays unchanged. These are the natural rules that govern the universe.

This indicates that if we get emotionally attached to a certain circumstance, we will almost certainly suffer dissatisfaction at some point in the future. When our circumstances change and the adjustments are not to our liking, we experience feelings of dissatisfaction or disappointment. Nothing, on the other hand, can interfere with our emotions and state of mind if we practice detachment. Then, no matter what happens in the outside world, we will remain happy and at peace with ourselves.

From the time of conception, there is a craving for happiness, as well as an unending quest to achieve it. If we examine our activities, we will discover that they are all motivated by a desire to be happy in some way or another. Throughout our lives, we strive to find this inner pleasure and exhilaration in all we do: in relationships, at work, and in general. Everyone wants to be happy and in excellent health.

As previously said, the source of pleasure is inside each of us. It originates from inside each of us. It is an inextricable component of our being. Despite this, a large proportion of individuals are dissatisfied. Positive thoughts, concerns, and fears obscure this delightful experience and hinder us from fully appreciating and enjoying its benefits. We are under no obligation to produce this sensation. It is just a matter of removing the layers of negative ideas and sentiments that have been building up around it.

So, although the external trigger for pleasure may be external to yourself, the internal source of happiness is internal to yourself. Happiness originates from this inner source, frequently accompanied by feelings of inner calm, pleasure, and delight. True, the delight may fade after a time when new ideas, fears, wants, or difficulties begin to occupy your thoughts and fill your consciousness. You can, however, educate your mind to be content with a little practice and effort.

Happiness is not something that comes and goes. You may learn to stop allowing circumstances, other people's statements and actions, as well as your own thoughts and fears, to rob you of your enjoyment.
