In our life, our biggest enemies and difficulties are emotions.

If you don't know how to control your own emotions, even if you are allowed to win the jackpot, you will still be a loser. But if you can control your emotions, even if you are now in danger, you can still reach the other side of success.

John Milton once said, "If a man can control his emotions, his desires, and his fears, then he is more than a king."

So, we must manage our emotions well for happiness to come to us.

Emotions have a great influence on us, and we must learn to self-regulate and learn to control them. Even if you are now very angry, the surface should be calm, when you are at a low point, adjust your emotions, then when you reach the top you can also hold fast to the beginning.

I once read an article where a couple fought over something and the woman was ready to drive away, but the man didn't want her to leave, so he blocked her in front of the car. The woman was getting angry, so she ignored the man and slammed him into the hood of the vehicle, thus dragging the man for miles on the highway. But fortunately was found by law enforcement officers in time to stop the vehicle, otherwise, the man's life was hanging by a thread, and the consequences were unimaginable.

As we all know, there is nothing to do with life to make a bet, then the reason why sometimes make some unbelievable moves, most of them are because of the emotions dominated by the mind, by the anger that overwhelmed the mind.

This is a situation where we only need to endure a little to get past the small things, but if we do not manage our emotions well, we will lose our sanity and do something that we will regret and cannot remedy.

We are all the same, people will inevitably have some of their tempers, but if you feel that emotions lose control, then you must remind yourself, do not to be impulsive, impulsive can not solve any of things, but will bring great trouble.

Then this time you must let yourself calm down, calm your heart, calm your emotions down, and relax your mind, then you will find that many things are just so, can change a more secure way to solve them.

I also heard a story about a man who had to travel for a while, so he gave his beloved pet dog to his friend to help take care of it. The friend is very responsible, every day will be regularly scheduled to feed the dog, and take it out to play, however, one day, the friend needs to go out, and forgot to lock the door, so the dog will run lost. The friend was ready to complain at this point, but the man came back lacking nothing to say, just smiled and said to his friend, "I'm sad that the dog was lost, but I can't lose another friend."

Complaining about others is also torturing themselves, even if others did something wrong, but there is no need to keep holding on to the things that others missed, and there is no need to use to punish themselves.

The most important thing in life is to be happy, to make yourself happy, to make others happy, not always to be angry to punish yourself, only to control your emotions, you will harvest happiness.

So we must quit our impulsiveness and manage our emotions so that we can have more joy and happiness in our lives. People should be calm, things should be sensible, manage their emotions, take life into their own hands, and hold happiness in their own hands.
