The most important thing in a person's life is to be happy, happy, but long life, there will inevitably be some distress, depending on what kind of life you are trying to live.

If you want to open up, there is no need to dwell so much, then you are happy.

If you can't think, everything will cause you trouble, then, in the end, you will be very tired, very painful.

So that everything in life does not have to be on the heart, live a simple life, and you will not be so tired.

I heard a story: a man asked a farmer: "Have you planted wheat this year?" The farmer said with a sad face: "I have not planted it yet, because I am afraid it will rain." Then the man asked again, "Have you planted corn?" The farmer shook his head with a sigh and said, "I haven't planted it either, because I'm afraid the corn will get sick." After reading this story, I sighed. Many times, what bothers people is not the thing, but your attitude and thoughts about the thing.

Just like this farmer, he did not try anything, first thought of some bad results, worry about a lot of things, but this thing did not happen ah, it did not happen before the thing created pain for themselves so that he could not plant anything, because, no matter what he planted, he would think of some bad things.

Many times, many worries, are because they give themselves confined, are the pressure they put on themselves, think too much, are some very simple things, but to use complex thinking to imagine, obviously do not need to tangle, but let yourself very tangled. As a result, you fall into the trap you set for yourself, enter the prison of negative emotions, and put yourself in pain.

Please make sure you maintain a good and healthy body and mind. Think less, some things are not as complicated as you think, only if you think less, you will live an easy and happy life, live comfortably.

The long life, difficulties, and problems will have a lot of, but also some happiness and joy, learn to let go of emotions that do not belong to them, and the trouble will disappear.

In recent years, I suddenly found that one thing that wastes time and energy is tangled emotions.

I have a student who wants to go back to school, he has been struggling with whether he wants to go to graduate school or not, he spends a lot of time every day thinking about this problem, and often complains to his friends: he has been working for many years and then go to graduate school, in the end, can he get it? It is a very difficult thing to go to graduate school, can we persist in it or not? The time for the exam is very short, is it too late to prepare now ...... and so on a series of problems.

He consumed a huge amount of energy every day on this matter, and the more he dwelled and waited, the less confidence he had, in a negative situation every day, in pain, so until the end, he did not dare to take the postgraduate exam ......

In psychology there is a professional term called "thinking regurgitation", it is said that someone overindulged in negative thoughts, will strengthen their negative emotions, and self-focused regurgitation will increase the pain, anxiety, and frustration.

There is time to waste time and energy in dwelling, it is better to take action, make a decision, make a decision and then try to finish it, do not give yourself a miserable ending before things are done, then you will not be able to do anything.

So, those who are often stuck in anxiety and pain, all have one of the biggest faults about the future - they think too much.

We need to try to think differently about the problem, not dwell on the future outcome, but focus on getting things done in the here and now.

Even if you already feel that something bad may happen in the future, before this thing does not happen, you have to take positive action, but also in action to avoid some bad things, even if to adjust your steps forward.
