Life can be confusing.

We can have one day where it seems like everything is going amazing and then the annoying game of life decides to throw something at you and completely ruin your mood. That's what we signed up for.

Look, life can be hard and unfair sometimes, it happens to all of us at some point. It tests you every day but you have to fight back. Life is always going to seem hard when we start hinging our happiness on other people like a friend or family member but in order to understand the way of life, we have to find our purpose.

That is the meaning of life as we know it. By understanding our true reality and purpose, it's simple to know that life is created for your soul to strive for your actual purpose. If life actually went smooth and fair, we wouldn't be tested with difficult decisions to make and we'd still be making fire out of sticks if life went the way it should. It's full of surprises and you have to be ready or else that's when you'll turn into being miserable and depressed.

"There is no greater gift you can give or receive than to honor your calling. It's why you were born. And how you become most truly alive."

 - Oprah Winfrey

The good life is a process. Everything won't be fine and dandy for you 24/7, your attitude and mentality will help shape your life up as well as help you go through the hardships like going through a breakup or having a friend or family member that died recently.

Meditate and Manifest

I've been meditating consistently since the new year. While it definitely took some getting used to when I was first starting off, looking back at it it has really improved my ability to remain calm and focus at the moment. Meditation has been getting more popular now because of the health benefits that it contains.

Health benefits of meditating include:

  • -Less stress
  • -Reduced anxiety
  • -improved self-awareness
  • -generates kindness
  • -fight addictions
  • Take 10–20 minutes of your day and meditate. It's also vitally important to manifest your dreams EVERY SINGLE DAY. By manifesting your dreams and desires that you want constantly; you'll shift the universe into actually going your way. That's the Law of Attraction. I've been more interested in philosophy and spirituality than ever before recently and I suggest you give it a try and research it first.

    Work out daily

Your body will thank you. When I say to work out daily I don't mean going to the gym every single day, we simply don't have enough time or motivation for that. You don't have to go to the gym every day in order for it to be a workout, you can easily work out at home by doing a certain number of exercises like push-ups, sit-ups, and planking. I recently bought a gym mat for home workouts and it definitely made my workouts easier and smoother.

Physical activity can boost your endurance and stamina as well as improving the strength of your muscles. When we exercise we deliver oxygen to our tissues which helps us work more efficiently as well as being amazing for both our physical and mental health. When parts in our body like our heart improves, the energy we have will come into play in our life with daily things such as chores or hobbies.

By going on morning runs/jogs every day you'll notice how much stamina you'll begin to have. It's not easy sticking to this consistently, 90% of people fail with this because they don't push themselves to do these exercises and workouts every day or they're just lazy.

Don't care about what others have to say

For almost my whole life, I constantly cared about what others had to say about the way that I live mine. What changed my mind was taking time to myself and understanding that we're all going to die soon whether you've accepted it or not. Why should I care about what this person has to say? Unless that person is successful and rich other people's opinions and thoughts don't matter. If you are doing you and taking these steps on completing your goals to fulfill your life's destiny then don't stop. At the end of the day, those same people who are telling you how to live your life are not doing so good mentally in what they have and are just as self-conscious about it as you are.

We're all humans living alongside one another. Is it too much of an effort to leave each other alone when it comes to our goals and desires? Apparently so.

    Takeaway

So yes, life can be in the way most of the time. That's obvious, but we only have one life to live so you might as well take advantage of this while you still can. Go travel, do something you love, make a bucket list and complete it before you die. Just ride the waves and don't overthink.

My best piece of advice to give you is to try new things. Sticking to the same daily routine will make your life stale and boring. If that's what you want then that's fine I don't want to tell you how to live your life since it's yours and everyone strives to live a different life than others.

I've been through 19 years of life so far. While it's just the beginning I know that there's a lot I haven't even seen yet. I switched up my mentality after high school of not caring about what people say and you should too. Waking up in a good mood will send that positive energy to your soul.
