I Don't Fit Into Most Circles
You may read this title and initially think to yourself "What the heck is he talking about?" And for good reason. At first glance, it doesn't really make much sense. I had a hard time wrapping my head around this idea when it first came to me as well. But as I continued to think about it and brainstorm what direction I wanted to go with it it all started to make sense and take shape. It's not about isolating yourself, being alone, or anything like that. It's about being yourself and letting that guide you.

People with these ideas can easily get frustrated, please don’t do this
Self-denial The first mode of thinking is called self-denial. Depressed people are good at denying their own positive emotions and positive behaviors; on the contrary, they are particularly "tolerant" to their negative emotions and negative behaviors.

The Unburnt
I am no longer the person I once was, but I am yet to be the woman I know I will become. You see, if you met me prior to 2018, you would find yourself speaking to a strong, fiery woman with seemingly limitless energy and a drive like no one else. Although that person is still inside me, there was always so much more to me than anyone in the crowds ever saw of me on the stage. Only my band and very close friends, who had witnessed the endless hours I would spend also acting as my own manager, booking agent, and PR representative, saw glimpses of the other skills that I had hidden inside that made our tours possible.

Just start
As the title dictates, just live but what does it mean to just live. What does it encompass? How can you tell someone to just live when there is so much that has to be done in order to accomplish that? Or what does it mean to just live? Because truthfully speaking we are living everyday. Everyday that we wake up is another day to accomplish your goals and to be better.

Why is it so hard to say no
Do you have a hard time saying No to people? Do you agree to things and then find yourself resenting the fact that you did? If so...let me just say you are not alone. Is this a good habit though? Saying yes to things or agreeing to things when you really want to say no? You already know the answer – it is not healthy at all, but still we do it all the time. We place the satisfaction of others in front of our own. I don’t know how many sleepless nights I have been through where I keep arguing with myself over the fact that I have a hard time saying no to people, just to keep the peace or as to not start arguments. I have come to the conclusion that it is time to stop; sometimes we just have to put ourselves first.

How To Find Courage
If you haven’t read the first in this series on gaining confidence, find or recommend it here. -- I have a working theory about courage, and I’ll share it with you. Keep in mind that I won’t know if this works until the end of my life, when it’s finally time to look back and there is no more moving forward (until, perhaps, there is). So we’ll just have to try this out and see how it goes.
