If Life's For Living, What's Living For?
Experience. And the journey therein. Making memories of those experiences and forging new neural pathways in the brain. I’m convinced that the only way “out” is to go completely within & get so “good” (loving, selfless, no malice or ill-will, tolerance, every good virtue))that your frequencies would be running so high it would impossible to inhabit a coarse body such as this any longer. You’d get beamed right up.

If Gary Vee was from Detroit, he'd be Bucky Rogerz
His Positive Thinking If Gary Vee was from Detroit, he’d be Bucky Rogerz. Coming from humble beginnings in Detroit, MI, Bucky had to work ten times as hard to get to where he is at. With members of his family and numerous friends doubting him and his ability to achieve success and working a nine to five while running his business, overcoming these circumstances was difficult. By God’s blessing, Bucky has achieved all the things he once dreamt of, and still is focused to achieve even more. He is now an artist and entrepreneur with his hand in many different types of businesses such as real estate and vending machines. Bucky sets himself apart from the others with his hard work and perseverance. It is hard enough for people to maintain success in one industry, but the visionary has done so in many different fields, which is why he is the epitome of entrepreneurship.

Motivation: The Feel Good Drug
Often times when an idea comes to mind, that poverbial light bulb awakens your creative juice. That one idea that can transform your business or life for the better, you hold on to that one idea and you start to go over with yourself how you can shift that idea into reality. The idea was what provoked the motivational element to kickstart new momentum into you're life. This new lease of life can get you out of bed excited, pumped and ready to tackle the day and make something badass happen. One thing motivation is good at doing is keeping you present in the moment, the past dosen't matter nor the future...you are simply living in the now. And whatever sparked that motivation initially you are going to do you're best to cling on to it cause we all know whether we want to admit or not, the high that motivation will bring you, will simply not last. It's like catching lightning in a bottle, it doesn't happen frequently and it won't always happen twice. You have to be consciously aware that life will throw curve balls at you, twist and turns that may steer you off your destined path for awhile. When you feel like you've garnered some momentum with finally wanting to lose weight and so you make the trip to the gym as much as you can, you are visioning the type of body you want to have and imagine how healthy you'll feel once you lost all that weight but the facts are your flame will burn out eventually after taking a landslide in your journey. Motivation is a temporary feel good drug.

The Failure
The click of her red bottoms pounded the pavement heavily, as she stepped out of her black escalade, the wave of flashes strike her like unexpected waves hit the sand. As the bodyguards stand on either side of her, she emerges like the sun in the dawn. Dressed in her silver Vera Wang gown, with a sheer mesh back and thigh high slit. Her silver red bottoms to match as she clutches her custom made Birking bag she forces a smile and waves to the crowd. They were here for her, to see her open her 10th location, as she takes it all in the smell of the city clashes with her Tom Ford, black orchid perfume. Who would of thought that 10 years ago Reine and her Son Prince would be one of the wealthiest black woman on the Forbes list, for 10 years ago they were laid in the back of her 2007 Honda Accord, under a comforter cold, hungry and homeless. For a moment she remembers the pain, the tears and the want to die for she felt like a failure. Everyone abandoned her, she held her son as the warm, large, salty tears roll down her brown cheeks onto the comforter that she used to keep her son warm. “Reine! Reine! Reine!” The crowd cheers in Unison and she snaps back to reality. Her walk was light, her shoulders back, her head to the sky, as she continued to wave at the crowd, stopping for pictures, autographs and brief chats. As she walked toward the the modern, glass skyscraper overlooking the city, a big red bow and scissors awaited her. It was in the car, 10 years ago she made a decision to help out the community if she made it out of her situation, she wanted to change the world so no mother, child or human being will ever feel the emotions and thoughts she felt at her lowest. Tears began to form, but she took a deep breath and looked up, she spoke to everyone for coming out, for those involved in building her dream, and those who have supported her. As she cut the red bow that stood between her and the front doors, she felt for once in her life, important and worth it! Another family shelter, equipped with on site assistance for housing, credit, STEM courses for children and adults, a 3 story library, full gym, Olympic size swimming pool, and so much more. Sleeping in shelters, cars and couch hopping was not the best experience for her and her son. Most of the shelters had mice, roaches, unkept facilities, she wanted people going through the worst stages in their lives to feel special, to not have to sleep where mice are crawling around the walls and dirty bathrooms. As she entered the doors to the new family shelter, a tear fell down her cheek and she remembered how good it felt to help others.

Decisions that changes our life
Decisions that changes our life Do we happily die when we make them? Do we make decisions thinking it could be the last one we make? Are we as human capable of thinking through each decision or are we just controlled by ventrolateral prefrontal cortex and orbitofrontal cortex?

Gratitude & Happiness: How It Can Improve Yourself and Our Communities
November -- the time of year to give thanks and feel gratitude for the things and people you have in your life. However, this year it seems silly to spend only one month thinking about all the things you're most grateful for. 2020 has been a year full of uncertainty, challenges, and change which has caused many to realize how much we took for granted. Through gratitude we can find happiness within ourselves, about the things and people surrounding us, and extend that out to other people which can positively impact our communities while we continue progressing forward.

Right Leg Is Longer Than The Left
Right leg is longer than the left. That’s just one of the many things I’ve learned while doing yoga. Small intimate things that I couldn’t notice before. Like when you’re trying to fix your posture due to the overwhelming pain of sciatica mixed with an unwillingness to become dependent on medication, you learn things about balance. And how paradoxically, due to your body needing to find homeostasis, you can find balance in imbalance. I don’t want to come off too Taoist here. But the path is indeed in the middle, and the middle is everywhere.
