I Haven't Done My Butt Exercises in 192 Days
I haven't done my butt exercises in 192 days. That's after having installed an app on my phone specifically for butt exercises. That's even after having adjusted the settings to remind me to do butt exercises every day.

Terrified to Live
At my ripe old age of 27, I shouldn't be this scared of life. My life consists of work and home. That's it. There are so many things that I want to achieve in my life, but I just can't bring myself to do any of them. I am frozen. I was so worried about all the ways that I could fail and disappoint my parents that I never followed through with college. I got into three different places and then the worry set in. What if I failed all my classes? What if I was just terrible at it? I've never even had a meaningful relationship because I am so scared that my timid heart will get broken and I'll never get over it.

What Am I Even Doing?
I hear this year has been hard on a lot of people. Life changes, breaking paradigms, closing cycles. I, for instance, decided to take a shot in life. I always felt out of place in the city I grew up in. It was like I did not belong there, like I could not get myself to agree with the way people choose to conduct themselves. It seemed to come from a place of vanity. It just repelled me. It felt like there was nothing for me there, like the place could not offer me what I need in order to keep growing. My girlfriend of almost six years decided to break up with me. I was not feeling comfortable with the office job I had. I just had a strong feeling that I had to get out of there immediately.

A New Approach
Lately it has been coming to my attention that I allow myself to lose control of certain things much too easily. I like to know where I am, when and who with. I like to know how much money I have in my bank account, how much there is to go out and if I have ‘enough’. When I make a plan, I don’t like it to be changed. If I get ill, and have to change a plan myself, I seek justification and understanding from someone else before I can accept it as being okay.

The One Thing We Don't Do Enough of
I think that there’s one thing that society doesn’t do enough of, and that’s celebrating the success of others. It’s instinct to be competitive, and far too often, people bring down others for a temporary fix. A little bit of competition is harmless occasionally, but not everything has to be a competition. There’s no need to be salty because somebody has more followers than you. You shouldn’t feel too down about it, either. Remember what they said in school about there being no I in team? People are quick to name and shame the failure of others. To make things more tragic, they ignore successes just as easily.

Why Being Unconventional in Your Mid-20s (Is Okay) and Crucial to the Start of the Rest of Your Life
Every millennial has heard it at least once. "We're lazy." "We have no work ethic." "It's time to pick a career and settle down and have a billion babies"... Okay, maybe not a billion but you understand what I mean. What if none of that is true, though?

Community Change
You can make a change. Yes, you, every single one of you, can make a change in not just your life, but your community. Don’t believe me? You will believe me after I explain how you can, I promise it’s easy. Just be you. Making a change in our community starts with the most important people around us. We are all the same, we want to have good change in our lives. I believe that this topic should be valued because it’s not valued by our society and it truly should be because everyone should be treated not only with respect but also kindness and to feel cared about. Today, I will explain to you why being a change in your own community is a huge step in not only being a change in society, but around the world. Our society lacks so much, our world is broken because people are not valuing what they were taught to value.
