If You're Going Through Hell, Keep Going-Winston Churchill

I've seen this statement attributed to Churchill many times, but I've never seen any concrete citations. Are these really the words of the famous British Prime Minister?

72 years ago , a chubby, stooped, funny-faced man with a speech impediment took a new job. The man was 65 years old and until a year ago was generally considered a crackpot and politician. Taking his new job was one of the most important events of the entire 20th century.

That man was Winston Churchill, and the job was that of the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. On May 10, 1940, the British seemed to be coming to an end. They stood alone against the vicious and victorious Nazis.

Two weeks after Churchill came to power, France was pulled out of the war, and 340,000 British troops scrambled to escape the beaches at Dunkirk. The Germans had complete control over the whole of Europe. It seemed impossible that Britain could survive.

With almost no hope left, the nation turned to Winston Churchill, who for years spoke the truth, talking dirty about Adolf Hitler and the Nazis, even if it cost him in terms of political success and personal prestige .

Churchill's first speech to the British people as Prime Minister laid out his program clearly, "I have nothing but blood, toil, tears and sweat." Soon after he made another speech: "We will fight on the seas and oceans, We will fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the air, We will defend our island, whatever the cost, We will fight on the beaches, We will fight We'll fight on the plains, we'll fight I'll fight in the fields and streets, we'll fight on the mountains; we'll never surrender.

If you are going through a difficult or challenging situation, keep trying. It doesn't matter whether the time is good or bad, it still flies. Time passes no matter what, so should we.

Everything doesn't go according to plan. There will be ups and downs, twists and turns in every aspect of the journey of life. The important thing is to keep moving forward without losing faith

So it is a shame to just give up and walk away. Many people face serious issues in their careers – many who don't see a way forward, can't get along with their boss or co-workers, don't enjoy what they do, or perhaps find themselves find in a difficult situation. Confused about what to do next. The important thing to remember is that life has its ups and downs, and it is up to us to choose the right path and make the most of every situation.

So, if you are facing a tough time at work, don't give up! Don't get carried away, just stop for a minute and analyze the situation, and see how you should deal with it. Certainly I am not asking you to stay at a job where you see no future or you absolutely hate; Just make sure you evaluate your position and pick your battles! Fight for those who truly deserve it and you will be victorious!
