In Jazz, to comedy, that is what I have always loved. I thought it'd be fun to pass, so in the end, as well as the courses of the programme. The countless chases, and lots of laughter, when I found out that it is very similar to that of the life. In fact, it's easy to learn how to improvise can really improve your life.

Risky Business

The sight of a dance class for the first time can be scary or uncomfortable for some. I was a little nervous as I walked to my first class, knowing that I needed to get in a certain amount of risk. On the more introverted side of the social spectrum, it makes me wonder.

Improvising can be a great strategy in order to overcome shyness. To address these challenges, realize that you will have to take some risks. This often requires you to step out of your comfort zone. Both of the main use, and what is it that is bothering you.

I began to improvise, adapt, Susan Jeffers piece of advice:" I am Afraid of, and that is how it is."

In order to do this, simply allow all points of view, or the feelings that arise within you to rise to the surface. Take a look around and get to know them, and don't try to change them. With experience, the anxiety will be all the more bearable, and your comfort zone will expand.

attention

Regardless of whether you're playing a game in which detection of an invisible ball, and throw it around, or are in a stage in which you need to read the body language of someone's attention, is of crucial importance for the dance. The awareness of what's happening around you and to your inner self) from time to time, the most important of all, this one is made from very high.

A bad impression ends up looking sloppy, incoherent, the united nations, and tend to look at it, which is a lot of fun. Do not pay attention to internal and external signals can, of course, have a negative impact in your life.

Personally, I have had a hard time understanding what I was feeling emotionally. For example, the causes of tension in my relationships, in which the lack of the strong feelings and emotions went numb. In the end, I have to hold back on the many, many ways. I wonder how I really think about it, and it is an overwhelming, emotional reactions, and when it was too late.

Thank you for the dance, I could clearly make out what it feels like. This allowed me to explore the emotional moments between the extremes.

Is a strong case to challenge your attention to the level of what's going on right now? When you are thinking about this question, look at your internal and external environment.

Monkey See, Monkey See, Monkey See, Monkey Do

Beginners, improvisers don't have to start with a scene with a lot of imitative gesture, or action of a partner. This will help to get them out of the hand, through the creation of a shared reality, which may occur from the scene.

This approach was a good one, and I had to learn on the guitar. I used to sit in front of the TV and is capable of imitating the guitar solo in the notes to the notuyla. It will help to train my sense of hearing, and they showed me what it can be. Imitate my role models, as well as in the Ganja-Gazakh, my motivation, give feedback to the development of my professional skills. In fact, I'm willing to bet that is what they have been taught.
