We need to rub the negative with positives to be Rough and Tough in life. Despite the road humps and potholes, it's the confidence and the composure of the driver that ends up the journey safe. Similarly, life has disruptions in the form of anger, stress, emotions, etc -just swap with peace, love, and happiness. The present crisis faced by the world seeks to rejuvenate through available in-house means. If vaccination is to the body- relaxation is to mind which keeps you happy and healthy. To achieve this, we need to be rough and tough; start to work on our mental outlook. However rough you appear to be from the outside, all that matters is the inside toughness of the mind.

The pandemic has forced us to stay at home regardless of our socio-economic status. While everyone is at work from home- just imagine that you’re working from nature with a sustainable ecosystem adding values to your work. Just believe that everything will settle soon, and this creates a positive aura of calmness and relaxation in the mind. Stay away from negative talks and try to visualize the best moments of your life. Clear the fear without any fear and feel the powerfulness with the elimination of unwarranted thoughts and actions. Since our body has a built-in immunity, we don’t require any external stimuli to keep us healthy. So, every inner thing is more powerful- never damage with external forces of anger and fear.

Just concentrate on your inner thoughts and emotions, and don’t allow them to override your external actions. These inner thoughts and actions are nothing but fear, and the external ones are the results. Therefore, fear is more harmful than sickness, and control of your mind is the only available solution.

Let us relate this to the worst form of a health emergency, COVID which has made all possible damage to mankind. Several studies found that hundreds of people have died just fearing the outcome of the pandemic on them. Here, it’s important to beat the fear first then the pandemic. Always believe that we are here to stay and achieve, “there is a purpose for our existence” and, never let this thought perish.

Try out the following to overcome the fear- to stay rough and tough:

a. Mind itself is a medicine, consume only positives.

b. Positive thoughts are easy to digest and helps to keep you active throughout the day.

c. Try to be Spiritual-Connect to your highest self-i.e., Awareness

d. Assume pandemic as just a barrier that can be smashed away by the love of friends and families.

e. Start to meditate, focus on single agenda- I am happy and I’ll be happy.

f. Telephone your besties and exchange the best moments both experienced together

g. Don’t hurry, slow down a bit, and take things one at a time.

h. Everything will change and has to change- likewise, everything will surely end.

i. More than vaccination, it’s the affection with nature that will kill the virus.

j. Music helps to stay relax. It helps your unconscious mind to send a tune of love and rhythm of peace to the conscious one.

k. Be grateful to society- somebody will take care of us in some or another way. Love is more infectious than the virus.

Don’t worry be happy. Ocean creatures will not fear the submarines, birds won’t stop flying despite the aircrafts. Similarly, life doesn’t stop; it’s just the fear that will influence the mind towards negative thoughts. Therefore, share and care with a vaccine of love and kindness – make others happy in and around.
