How to stay Rough and Tough to Beat the Pandemic Fear?
We need to rub the negative with positives to be Rough and Tough in life. Despite the road humps and potholes, it's the confidence and the composure of the driver that ends up the journey safe. Similarly, life has disruptions in the form of anger, stress, emotions, etc -just swap with peace, love, and happiness. The present crisis faced by the world seeks to rejuvenate through available in-house means. If vaccination is to the body- relaxation is to mind which keeps you happy and healthy. To achieve this, we need to be rough and tough; start to work on our mental outlook. However rough you appear to be from the outside, all that matters is the inside toughness of the mind.

The Power of Stillness
A high-quality image is delivered only when the lensman focuses on the right way. The precision in the quality of an image depends on the stillness. Similarly, life has copious pictures to be captured by us, and hence we need to be more “still” no matter what the circumstances are. It’s not easy to be still in life, but still, it’s possible. Imagine your mind is a camera, and the focus is your thoughts. A high-quality image can be delivered when your thoughts aren’t disturbed by the external ecosystem. It is the reliance of the mind on thoughts that help us to capture the right image. We can train our minds according to our needs, and vice versa.

Meditation Matters and it Masters
There are millions of educational institutions across the globe, with hundreds of students every year placed in reputed firms with eye-catching packages. Then, why is the present younger lot unhappy and discontented? Several data show that youths are suffering from several mental health issues. The education system which is responsible to build the moral character in individuals has disastrously failed and, as a result, the youth’s perception and approach towards life have lost its control. The Hegemonic eco-system has been regularly bypassing our consciousness, with uninvited thoughts and ideas. With a rise in depression and suicide rates, it is very important to identify the positive forces and mechanisms which would help to build a healthy society.
