“We do not remember days, we remember the moments.” — Cesare Pavese

It’s not the goal that creates the experience.

It’s the experience that creates the goal.

Every single moment creates the necessary bridges along our journey.

Savor the moments.

How do you savor the moments?

Stop running.

Stop mindless multitasking.

Stop when the when I syndrome pops up.

Stop focusing on present circumstances.

Stop living your life in the future.

Stop over planning and over doing everything.

Stop trying to control absolutely everything that you cannot control.

Enough was enough, so I had to write the book on this topic.

STOP THE DRAMA & TAKE YOUR LIFE BACK

Begin to live each moment as the most precious time in your life.

Don’t rush the experience and truly enjoy this time.

In a spirit of expectation and gratitude, begin to experience the moment.

Gratitude releases the vibration of wellbeing, balance and fulfillment.

Everything that you want is now magnetized towards you.

It’s so basic and so easy to do.

Open wide and say thank you for everything in the moment.

You will never have that exact time in space ever again so why squander it?

Let’s face it.

Anyone can keep going when the going is great.

However, to keep going when the evidence is not visible with your physical eyes requires faith.

Fearless Actions In Trust and Humility!

It requires an inner eye of understanding that transcends everything else.

This is the beauty of the moment.

Laugh at yourself.

Lighten up a little.

Everything does have a lighter side to it.

Doing this allows you to alter your vibration and suddenly the present moment picture is not so intense.

Every time that you turn around and look at your life, kids, grandkids etc., you ask yourself this question.

Where did the time go?

You want to recapture that moment and the only way to do this is to savor that moment in real time.

Make your moments meaningful, outstanding, memorable, enjoyable, nurturing, timeless and savored.

Savor your moments right now.

You can do this very effectively when you understand the monkey bar syndrome.

“Getting over a painful experience is much like crossing monkey bars. You have to let go at some point in order to move forward.” - Unknown

Let go of the stuff that doesn’t serve you.

If you don’t, you will be stuck and being stuck sucks!

Look at all the baby steps of your journey as monkey bars.

How can you possibly move forward and savor the moment when you are still hanging onto the last bar?

Learn to manage those monkey bars early in life, and you are well on your way towards managing many of life’s issues.

Believe that you can let go of the last bar and begin to move forward.

This is not an easy task for most people, as very early in life we were taught to be dwellers and not movers.

We were taught to dissect the issue to smithereens and dwell on it until it overwhelmed and ultimately incapacitated us.

Ridiculous!

You do have what it takes.

Let it go and begin to move forward with faith and press onward.

Hindsight creates 20/20 vision.

The monkey bars in your life are there for a very specific purpose.

Grasp one at a time and embrace your life with passion, persistence, determination, love and dogged, unswerving tenacity.

You have it now.

Your own very, personal x factor in your psychological house will attempt to convince you that grasping the next monkey bar is stupid and purposeless.

However, if you have read any of my previous writings, you will absolutely understand that this infamous x factor will always attempt to derail you from your greatness.

You want to get on with your game but it will continually implant toxic thoughts into your being.

It will convince you not to grab onto the next bar and savor your moment.

We all have a little kryptonite in our psyche.

Our task now is to identify this kryptonite that continues to steal our power and derails our possibility of savoring our moments.

This stuff shows up disguised in many different forms.

You need to elevate your level of awareness and frequency in order to identify them.

Grab onto your next monkey bar now and savor your moments.
